Position Title: Campaign Manager

Department: Operations 

Location: Pune

Reports To: Director Of Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify new leads and potential customers.
• Contact potential customers via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Persuade potential customers to engage with the company’s offerings.
• Achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualification:
• Minimum 2 yeras of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in contact discovery methods.
• Ability to work effectively towards targets.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Persistent and resilient attitude.
• Immediate availability to join.
