MIS Executive

Position Title: MIS Executive

Department: Operations   

Location: Pune  

Reports To: Team Lead 

Key Responsibilities: 
✅Check the updates on campaigns.
✅Check with the quality team for the campaign updates and inform them about the campaign’s urgency.
✅Prepare Delivery Reports for respective clients.
✅Check duplicates, Suppression, TAL, and Other important updates on delivery.
✅Send Excel/CSV Formatted Delivery to Respective Managers.
✅Send or upload the call recordings on the required campaign.
✅Update the delivery chart with delivered leads for every campaign.
✅Maintain the Today’s deliver and MTD deliver count for every campaign.
✅Update the team about the delivery status of every campaign.
✅Update all delivery count and suppression
✅Send chart to respective teams of Deliveries done for the day.
✅Update the QA’s by email or verbally if there is any dispute or any invalid qualification.
✅Rotate or extend shifts as per campaign workload.
