Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our organization. You will be expected to lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and work closely with other departments to ensure that our sales objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor and manage sales expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
